Your Contract - Please Read This Carefully Before You Book

The terms and conditions below must be read carefully as they will be binding for you. All travel arrangements are handled on behalf of you by flights-global.com whose services are offered through flights-global.com ("the Company," or "Us," or "We") and is registered with the United States under Co. No. 35-2652075. Its business headquarters is at 8027 North MacArthur BLVD, Apt. 2103 in Irving, TX 75063. ----

1.1 There is no contract between us before (you accept) that we have accepted a booking that is a non-refundable fee of $15 per person (subject to changes) and in conformity with the regulations for fares that are specified in the reservation. If a credit/debit card has been debited for the deposit the full amount of the reservation with cleared funds (as as per the agreement) and the reservation is confirmed or accepted. Be aware that deposits aren't refundable or transferable.

1.2 The services offered are accessible on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.3 The prices shown are based on actual costs for transportation and based on when you make your booking. The Company reserves the right to change rates at any point before confirming the reservation. The Company is not responsible for any verbal price quotes or descriptions.

1.4 When you make a reservation by completing a booking, you affirm that you have the power to agree, and agree to these terms for you and all other members of your group and are accountable for the entire amount due from each guest to whom you make an appointment.

1.5 Your responsibility is to make sure that the information you supply to us is complete and that any information we provide to us or one of our vendors is provided to the members of your group.

Payments

E-TICKETS

We will do our best to provide the travel documentation 14 days in advance of your departure. Contact us immediately if you are not receiving your tickets 3 days prior to departure.

All prices dates times, routes and airline options are subject to cancellation or change if we decide that a cancellation or change is necessary. We will do our best to offer the best options for passengers. Every transportation arrangement is done with the knowledge that it is merely a booking agent.

Validity of tickets TIME, FLIGHT TIMINGS, AND SCHEDULED CARRIERS

Return tickets are valid only for the dates and times stipulated. In addition to the conditions listed below, there will be no refunds offered for tickets not used. The timings of flights, flight schedules, and timetables can be modified at the discretion of National Aviation Authorities or carriers due to operational or other reasons. The company and the Carrier are responsible for cancellations of flights or delays due to circumstances beyond the carrier's or company's control. Timings mentioned in itineraries or elsewhere are not guaranteed and are not a part of the deal. Air Carriers can substitute other carriers or aircraft and may add or eliminate stops. Neither the carrier nor the company assumes any responsibility for delays or missed connections. There is a fee for administration for refunds if cancellations are caused by scheduling changes.

Booking Confirmation and Travel Documents

After you have paid in complete, travel documents can be requested from travel and airline companies. Tickets for flights are usually issued within 24 to 48 hours. Flight tickets are usually issued after the information on your card has been verified and the payment has been made. Unless you request otherwise it is usually within 3 working days from the time of the booking. Other travel documentation is issued 14 days before travel. Charter flight tickets usually arrive between 10 and 14 days before the departure date.

The traveler is responsible for the following things:

3.1 Reading and agreeing to the conditions and terms of travel before making a purchase.

3.2 Before you make a purchase, make sure that the spelling customer's name is exactly as it appears on their travel documents.

3.3 Contact flights-global.com promptly if you don't receive an email confirmation within a couple of minutes after making the reservation. When you receive confirmation via email, make sure you double-check the details. If there is any doubt you need clarification, contact flights-global.com immediately.

3.4 You should check your email address regularly to ensure that all correspondence we receive from you is sent via e-mail.

3.5 Contact the airline to find out which terminal of the airport you'll take off from.

3.6 Verifying the requirements for visas along with travel documents, and papers for the destination, along with any other intermediate stops. This is accomplished by the high commission or embassy and the airlines who conduct the travel.

3.7 Before traveling to another country, make sure you are aware of the vaccinations you'll require.

3.9 Verifying the most up-to-date time of check-in throughout the journey. Check-in at at least two hours before the departure time for flights on domestic routes, and 3 hours before departure time for international flights.

3.10 Double-check the flight times and any changes to the schedule for both return and outbound flights.

4. Tickets

4.1 The e-ticket flights-global.com sends to the person making the reservation by e-mail following the completion of the reservation is the travel document and should be carried along with you during your trip. This confirmation will contain all pertinent details, including the reference number for booking, flight number, time of departure, and arrival.

4.2 Airline tickets should always be used in conjunction with all stages of a journey that has to be finished. If the passenger fails to finish any part of the trip then the airline will have to end the remainder of the trip, and there will be no refund.

4.3 Tickets that have separate booking numbers are treated as separate travel. In the event of schedule modifications, delays, or canceled flights flights-global.com does not take responsibility for missed connections, or the inability to offer refunds on individual tickets.

5. Flight Times

The flight times are all listed as local time. The timetable displays arrivals on the next day by adding "+1." The timetables for flights are indicative and subject to alter at any moment. Therefore travelers must be aware of any modifications to the flight schedule. Be aware that a flight labeled "direct" on your itinerary will not have to be non-stop. The times for departure and arrival on your ticket to the airport are provided by the airlines concerned and are only estimates. They are subject to change as a result of air traffic control constraints, weather circumstances, operational/maintenance requirements, and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. We cannot provide special arrangements in the event of delays and these issues are completely dependent on the airline concerned.

6. Special Needs and Medical Problems

We ask you to inform us of any specific requirements before the booking. We will do our best to try our best to relay all such requests to the right supplier We regret that we can't guarantee that every request will be fulfilled. Failure to fulfill any specific request does not constitute as a breach of our contract. If you are suffering from an illness or medical condition that could affect your plans, please inform us in writing before making your reservation. Please include all the details. We reserve the right to cancel or decline your reservation when we believe that we're unable to meet your requirements.

7. Reservation Of Flight Tickets

7.1 Price changes or technical errors

flights-global.com reserves the right to change prices in the event of issues with our technology or changes in prices outside our control. We can communicate with travelers within 24 hours to request adjustments to bookings. flights-global.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation when there are technical issues or inaccuracies in the price that are outside our control. In such a case the customer will be notified via email.

7.2 Combination of tickets (one-way combination)

When making bookings for specific dates We combine two or more one-way rates from different airlines or the same airline, to get special prices. Even if the flights are booked simultaneously each one is treated differently. This means that in the case of changes, cancellations, delays to traffic like strikes, or changes to the timetable, each aspect of your journey is dealt with independently. The regulations of each airline will be applied.

7.3 Force Majeure

Be aware that usaglobalfares.com is not responsible for any travel arrangements that are canceled due to civil disturbances or industrial disputes (including conflicts overflight traffic control) natural catastrophes war-related events strikes, and other unforeseeable or unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control or that of the airline. Changes in the itinerary do not grant you discounts on prices or substitute flights, damages, or any other reimbursement from usaglobalfares.com. We cannot refund any other travel arrangements, like train tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, or visas. If the change in timetable causes a delay to the accommodation or rental company, the customer must contact the hotel car rental firm directly to inform them. If a change to the timetable causes delays to your hotel, or to the rental firm then the person who is traveling must contact directly the hotel, or rental firm to inform them.

7.4 Passports passports, entry visas, and transit visas

7.4.1 The traveler must make sure that their passport is current during the period of making the booking. Travelers are also responsible for ensuring that have an entry visa for the final destination, in addition to any visas that are required in countries where you are only transiting. The individual traveler is responsible for any costs that result from problems regarding these procedures. The traveler must make sure that the passport, entry visa and transit visa meet the requirements of both the country of destination as well as the airlines. 7.5 Vaccinations

The traveler is accountable for ensuring that he has been given all required vaccinations and that all required procedures for traveling to the destination that the traveler plans to visit are completed. All vaccination-related expenses are the responsibility of the tourist.

8. Frequent Flyers

If you are booking your flight, use your frequent flyer numbers. We will record this information on the ticket, however, we do not take any responsibility for bonuses or points associated with the particular airline. Certain flights do not qualify for bonus points or points This information must always be sought directly from the airline.

9. Infants

Children between 1 and 2 be considered infants and not be seated in their seats. If a child is two before the end of the trip then a child ticket has to be bought for the whole trip. Tickets for infants are not available before birth, as the correct name and birth date must match the ones that are on your passport. usaglobalfares.com cannot reimburse any expenses caused by purchasing the wrong type of ticket.

10. Taxes

The advertised price for tickets is inclusive of airport tax. Certain airports require a departure tax that must be paid in cash on departure. The traveler is responsible for verifying the details.

11. Transportation and Hotel When An Airport Date or Time Is Modified

The costs of ground transportation and accommodation for overnight stays cannot be included in the price of the ticket. The traveler is responsible for confirming rates and schedules. It is also the case if the schedules of airlines change due to reasons beyond our control.

11.1 Connection time at stopovers

The airlines decide on the duration necessary for stopovers to connect. If a flight is delayed because of an itinerary change, the airlines are required to assist the passengers in achieving their destination. If you book separate tickets, the airlines do not accept responsibility for delays that cause no connections. Therefore the customer must ensure that the connection time is adequate according to the airports and airlines. Additional charges incurred in this regard are not refunded by usaglobalfares.com.

11.2 Lost or damaged luggage

usaglobalfares.com cannot be held responsible in the event of lost or damaged baggage. Any problems should be immediately reported to the representative of the airline on the ground.

11.3 Premium Economy, Business, First Class

The service is available upon booking. According to the airline, this service is only available only on specific sections of the flight. The on-board services offered by each airline may differ. Visit the websites of each airline for more details. usaglobalfares.com cannot be held responsible if an airline alters the kind of aircraft it operates or has overbooked a cabin class which could result in modifications to the variety of services available or downgrading. Any complaints should therefore be addressed to the relevant airline.

12. Changes to the timetable

Airlines can alter plans or schedules at any moment. usaglobalfares.com does not have any control over these changes. The passenger is entirely responsible for confirming the time of departure and returns directly with the airlines. When your travel plans are delayed the airline's rules of carriage will determine the rights of you and your remedies. In the event of a cancellation, you may be entitled to:

12.1 No-cost transportation to a different aircraft of the same airline and/or

12.2 Receiving a full refund except for Administration Charges. If a change to your travel itinerary occurs before the time we receive the entire amount from you or before releasing the ticket (on either the return or outbound flight) We will try to notify you on behalf of your airline. In no event will the Company provide compensation for any changes that happen due to the conditions specified in the clause "Force Force Majeure."

13. Cancellation And Rebooking

13.1 Cancellation

Tickets will be issued once the payment has been received. Tickets that are restricted cannot be returned or altered. usaglobalfares.com respects the airline's booking guidelines which are generally strict. Cancellations of flights must be announced within 24-48 hours in advance of departure. Any cancellation notification made by phone should be confirmed either in writing or by e-mail within 24 hours from the person who made the initial reservation. The cancellation takes effect the day that we receive notification if we receive a confirmation in writing within 24 hours of the initial notification.

13.2 Refunds

13.2.1 There isn't a guarantee of a refund. If you return an air travel ticket to us, we'll make arrangements that it be handed over to the airline or consolidator for a determination of the possibility of a refund, by the conditions and terms of the particular airline or the consolidator.

13.2.2 Air tickets returned to be refunded will incur a $50 administrative fee per ticket regardless of the number of tickets that are returned. The customer will be charged the cancellation fee per ticket that is imposed by the consolidator or airline according to the terms of service and policies.

13.2.3 Any ticket that is non-refundable and requires the tax refund request to be submitted by us at your request or on behalf of you is subject to an administration charge. If the tax component that is recoverable on your tickets is lower than the administration fee the ticket is deemed completely non-refundable. Refunds won't be made for you till we have received them from the relevant airline or the consolidator. For airline ticket refunds, it takes typically between 10-12 weeks from when the tickets are handed over to the airline to be considered.

13.3 Rebooking

If you wish to alter your plans after having made your reservation, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Changes must be made through a letter from the individual who booked the reservation. usaglobalfares.com adheres to the restrictions on airline tickets that are usually strict. If usaglobalfares.com assists the passenger by rebooking the flight, the traveler is responsible for all charges that result from the changing of the booking. We will charge the passenger a $50.00 change fee for each person as well as any airline penalties or tax variances and other charges incurred when changing the booking.

14. Expectant Mothers

The airline cannot arrange flights for pregnant women who are over 28 weeks pregnant on the day of their departure to the United States. In any case, women must consult their doctor to inquire if flying is suitable for them.

15. Behaviour

15.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you and other members of your group are not acting in a manner that causes offense to other people or could cause damage or loss to the property of others. Any compensation for such damages or losses should be paid directly to the proprietor of the accommodation or manager, or any other provider at the time of the incident. We will indemnify you against any claim (including legal costs) that we may face in connection with your actions. We expect our clients to respect the rights of other customers.

15.2 If we believe, in our reasonable opinion or the opinion of others in authority or the opinion of any other authority figure, that you behave in a manner that you cause or could cause harm, discomfort, or irritation to a third party, or cause harm to property We are entitled to end your arrangement without notice. If this happens your entire booking with us, which includes your return transport arrangements will be canceled, as well as we won't be held responsible for any expenses, charges, or refunds.

16. Booking Conditions for Package Holidays

The flight cannot be booked for mothers who are older than 28 weeks pregnant on the day they depart to the United States. However, women should consult with their physicians to determine whether flying is suitable for them.

16.2 Acceptance of the Booking

We have the right to alter the information contained in our brochures or on our site and to alter or increase the rates in our brochures before the booking is confirmed. The Company will issue an invoice for confirmation following the acceptance of the deposit along with the completed booking form and, at this moment our contract enters to an end. The balance is due to be paid by 12 weeks before departure. If the balance isn't received before the due date the Company could cancel the booking and retain the deposit. If you make a reservation within eight weeks of your date for travel the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

16.3 The cost of your holiday is determined based on the prices you have seen in exchange at the point of your booking. Increases in transportation expenses, scheduled flights, as well as any other surcharges for airlines which are included in the contract between the airlines and are included in the cost of the travel plan. The surcharge is also susceptible to any government decision for example, an increase in VAT, or any other tax imposed by a government agency and a change in currency due to the negative effect of currency exchange. A significant change can be defined as a reduction in the lodging to a lower category or price or change in the flight duration of greater than twelve hours, a shift at your US departure location (other than New York airports), or a major change in the region of the resort. We will not be required to pay compensation should we be forced to alter or cancel your trip as a result of unforeseeable or extraordinary circumstances that are beyond our control, the effects of which cannot be avoided even with the best of intentions. This includes unavoidable technical issues that affect transportation, changes imposed on us by an airline, or major charterer that require rescheduling or cancellation of flights, a change of the type of aircraft or airline or type, threat of war conflict, civil war, and natural disasters, industrial disputes and bad weather, epidemic or terrorist activities. Hotels classified by us as being first Class as well as Luxury will be rated in this manner by us and not by any ranking system. The assessment is based on our knowledge of the hotel our opinion of the establishment and the quality of what is available locally. The terms employed, like luxury, deluxe suites, and others are similar to those employed at the establishment in question. The lodging used by the Company is not managed, owned controlled, or controlled by the Company. It is possible that the booked hotel will not be accessible. 16.5 Refunds by the client

If anyone who is booked on your trip decides to cancel your vacation You must notify us promptly. All phone calls must be acknowledged either in writing or by e-mail within 24 hours of the person making an initial reservation. The cancellation will be effective on the day we get notified provided we receive written acknowledgment within the first 24 hours from the initial notification. Within 7 days, you'll receive an invoice for cancellation. If you don't receive it, be sure to contact us as soon as possible to avoid a rise in the cost. If you've already received your flight tickets, make sure you send them back to us in the form of a cancellation. Certain travel plans can't be changed or canceled without incurring a 100 percent cancellation cost. If you are in this situation we will let you know before cancelling. We strongly recommend that you purchase a full insurance package that will typically include protection for the loss of deposit or cancellation charges. If a portion or all guests have to cancel the event or a part of it, other participants could be charged extra charges.

16.6 Cancellation Charges

The fees are according to the following (period before departure, when we are notified) (a)-More than 56 calendar days No deposit (b)-Between between 28 and 56 calendar days 30% of the total cost of the vacation or the entire amount of deposit (whichever is more). (c)-60 60 % of total holiday costs (d) Between 27- 7 days. Less than 7 days (80% of the total cost of the vacation.

16.7 We can cancel your reservation

In the event of any reason, we reserve the right to end your trip at any time. But, we won't decide to cancel your vacation within 8 weeks of departure, unless caused by circumstances outside our control. If we are forced to cancel your trip We can offer you the alternatives for alternative arrangements of an equivalent or close to the same regular. When there is a specific recommendation from the US Foreign Office specifically advises against travel to a particular destination then the Company will comply with that advice and reschedule vacations. The amount you paid for the trip will be refunded however no compensation will be given. If the trip is canceled because the number of participants who agreed to participate is lower than the minimum number of people required and you have been informed that the trip has been canceled in the timeframe that is specified in the description of your package No compensation will be offered. Although every effort is made to organize an itinerary as described modifications to the accommodation or routing of the itinerary might be required at times.

17. Insurance

It is highly recommended to purchase sufficient travel insurance to cover your trip. You may either choose to take advantage of our travel insurance or purchase it yourself. Cancellation charges, unplanned cancellation of your vacation as well as medical and repatriation charges (including the air ambulance), and personal injuries delay, damage or loss of personal belongings must be covered under the insurance policy. 19. Complaints and Disputes

In the majority of cases, the corrective actions needed are taken immediately and your trip can continue as planned. If you're not able to resolve the issue, write us within 7 days of return. If you don't resolve the issue during your trip this will have an impact on any claims you file.

20. Disabled Passengers with disabilities

We regret to say that some travel destinations are not accessible for those with disabilities. If you're handicapped make sure that the location you're going to is accessible to you.

21. Telephone Calls

Even with meticulous planning, it is a fact that issues do happen occasionally. If you experience any difficulties during your travels, you should inform the travel company as well as our representative or staff promptly so that we can look into and rectify the issue. Most of the time the corrective actions needed can be taken immediately and your trip can continue without interruption. If the issue isn't solved, you must inform us by writing within 7 days after your return. If you fail to discuss the issue on your trip the issue will have a significant effect on any future claim you submit.

22. Law

Global Inter Connect Tour And Travel INC cannot guarantee that the Website's information or content is suitable or accessible to use in any other country than those in the United States. It is prohibited in areas where access is not legal. If you decide to access the Website from outside of the United States you do so entirely at risk. You are accountable for ensuring that you comply with local laws. Global Inter Connect Tour And Travel INC is not responsible for any legal infringements. You must not access or export the website's content or other materials in violation or violation of U.S. Export laws or regulations. You must also comply with all applicable regulations governing data transmission, including technical information that is exported out of to the United States and your home country (if different from the United States).
